Yes, you sure can. The best way to do it is set your oven on the lowest temperature (180° is ideal). Place skates in oven for about 10 mins. Remove skates and tie them up as tight as possible for about 15 mins. Best to do it while sitting stright up in a chair.

Are the Bauer Vapor 4.O skates equivalent to the Bauer Supreme One.6 skates? Or is one a little better than the other? Thank you.

There are not a whole lot of differeces between the two. The One.6's can be heat molded, the Vapors can not. There is a slight difference in the technology used in the boot construction. The One.6 using the more modern 3D Trueform. Both are great skates for the value.

Can you replace the runners on this skate
with the Bauer Tuuk Lightspeed 2.1 runners?
Also, does the boot of the skate have an accessible nut in the heel of the foot bed to release the runner?
