I use the Sherwood 5030 Intermediate and like the shots I get with it. What is the comparable FLEX when I go to a composite stick?

Kind of a tough call considering everyone has a different fell for their stick. I would suggest if you do make the move, the lowest flex you should look at is 85. You are definitely going to be a 85 or 100 flex.
