Easton Stealth 55S Hockey Skate

Coming in at the end of the Stealth line is the ever durable Stealth 55S Ice Skates by Easton. At a great price and perfect for entry level and beginner players, the 55Ss provide the technologies needed to get anyone into the great sport of hockey.Normally uncommon on lower-end boots, the Stealth 55Ss are built with a low-profile outsole that flexes with the boot giving you a full feel from ice to the boot on every stride, already putting the 55Ss a step ahead of others in its class.Although the 55Ss are an entry level skate, Easton didnt skimp on what is really needed, a strong boot. Providing excellent support to prevent bowed ankle syndrome, the 55Ss stand strong on their own. Also designed with a Thermoformable Quarter Package, the 55Ss can be baked to help shorten the break in time and reduce the risk of blisters. Each tongue features an anatomical profile which fits snug against the front of your ankle protecting you from shots and slashes.Completing the 55Ss are the Razor Bladz II Holders, designed with optimal height on the heel helping you stay power stance ready, on top of Eastons Standard Runners II. This Swedish stainless steel connects you to the ice, giving you strength and speed all game long.Although these may be entry level skates, the technology has improved to the point that even beginners skates are as good, if not better, than many mid-line skates from just a few short years ago.
