There is no "pro version" of this glove, as each stock G-netik glove comes with pro level protection already built into the palm, foams and plastics.

i got this glove a little wile ago and the glove is still stiff,is it a good idea to run hot water on the padding on the outside of the palm?

Yes, running some warm water on the inside of the glove and tieing it shut to air dry is a great method to help break in a new catcher. You are really trying to heat/cool the material in the palm so it loosen up. The warm water can be applied multiple times for a better result.
