answer 2
It's a strap and belt system. Straps with velcro and then buckles tight. No suspender buttons, which I normally use, but fits perfect and tight (can loosen)

answer 2
Yes, the Supreme Total One NXG is a girdle and separate shell. This is what makes the fit tight.

It is specifically designed for ice hockey, unlike some other girdles.

Question
Pant Size Recommendation, Adult Medium Long or Adult Large Regular
5'11", 150lbs, 31" Waist and still growing. Currently wearing an Adult Small which leaves about 4" - 5" of exposure. Should I get an Adult Medium Long or an Adult Large Regular. If I should go with an Adult Medium Long, who carries that size as I can't seem to find it as an option on the pull down menu?

I would HIGHLY recommend trying the medium tall to cover the waist and minimize the gaps in exposure. The bump up to a large "regular" with that waist size would not work out. We currently are carrying one style of pants that is made in a MED tall and that would be the Bauer Nexus 1000's (item # 12162-41).
