whta size goalie skate should I buy him taking in cosideration his foot is growing

According to Bauer's sizing chart, and 12.5 shoe size would fit into a 11.0 skate size. If he has a wider foot, he might want to get an EE width, the wide width. But, our best suggestion would be to go to a local pro shop and try on a pair of several sizes and widths before purchasing a pair. Skates can always be returned within 30 days if they are unused.
