The Graf 700 pant sizing chart came straight from their catalog. It is usually pretty true to size. Certain pants may look big but the waist should still fit correctly.

On the product page for the Graf 700 pant, we have a "sizing" tab located at the bottom of the page. The sizing chart shows that a Senior X-Small would fit someone with a 30 inch waist. The Graf 700 pant does come with a draw string that might help tighten the 30 inch waist into a 29 inch waist. The length on hockey pants as you go up in size do change. The length will get longer as you go up to the next size.
