we are not sure what your purchase order means by "full right" and "regular"

"Regular" blockers are worn on the right hand, and "Full Right" blockers are worn on the left hand. The descriptors are based on the way you hold your catch glove (a Full Right catcher is worn on the right hand), and obviously the blocker is worn on the other hand.
