The Sweet hockey flooring is not specifically designed to be used outdoors although if it was assembled on a finished concrete surface it would work better than a rough street.

The sweet hockey flooring is very similar to the tile flooring used on indoor inline rinks. If you use a soft wheel you will have good grip, harder wheels can cause you to slip.

Can these tiles be installed on top of grass.
My son is an ice hockey goalie and I would like to practice shooting at him to better his skills. The only place that I would have to install this is in the yard because there is no garage and the drive way is gravel.

As long as the surface beneath the tiles is hard and their is no give when weight is applied then it should be fine. If the surface below the tiles gives, they will not stay pieced together.
