The Bauer Pro Defender shoulder pad only comes with one style shoulder cap. It comes with a pretty standard sized shoulder cap.

The Bauer Pro Defender shoulder pad fits pretty close to every other shoulder pad. The Medium will fit much bigger compared to a small in other brands. The Pro Defender shoulder pad did come in a size small but we sold through them.

I would suggest a medium. A medium would tend to be more snug allowing more movement rather than a large possibly sliding around on you.

These are more low profile. It is similar to the Sherwood Traditional 5030 in the fact that they both possess that same old-school look and feel to them.
