Would the sizing of the RBK 10k inline skate boot be similar in size to that of the CCM Vector line. For example, being a 7.5D Vector, would that make me a 7.5D RBK size as well?

That is correct. Both the Inline and the Ice skates are size a full size and a half smaller than your US men's shoe size.
