Questions & Answers for Easton Synergy ST Stick

Question
Are these going to last longer than the 31 days the addicting S17 did?
Those S17's seemed to maddeningly snap a couple days after the warranty expired, or else break in the blade and loose their touch.

S17's were replaced with the S19 for that very reason. This stick isn't going to have the release of the S sticks but it more than makes up for it in durability and for slap shots. If you're a dman then this is best all around stick out there, unless you can afford $200+ every 40 days because that's about what an S19 will last.

The ST stick is designed for durability. While there are no guarantees beyond the 30 day warranty for any sticks, these sticks do tend to be more durable.

Whahh?
I find it hard to believe that this stick is 510 grams? thats pretty much how much my LOW-END Easton S11 weighs and it feels like I'm using a wood stick.

Yes it does weigh 510 grams. The ST is a good stick regardless of its heavier weight.

The Cammalleri is the new version of the Shanahan pattern. Easton will not be making the Zetterberg pattern any longer, but the Cammalleri will be the closest thing to it (along with the Heatley).

The Chara will be the closest between those two options. An Iginla or Heatley curve would be more similar.

The ST was replaced with the Mako M5. The Mako M5 features a Kevlar/Graphite combination construction as well as Kevlar woven into the shaft itself. Designed to excel at quick and direct puck movements while remaining firmly on the durable end of the spectrum. The Mako M5 has definitely been a success at replacing the ST.
