The Bauer Supreme One20 size 6 skate should fit a 2 year old but I would be safe and try on a pair first. Ice skates normally fit a full size down from your shoe size.

I can't answer the question of "is this skate comfortable" because that's going to depend on your foot. The One20 tends to be a bit wider (especially in the heel) than the Vapor / APX series of Bauer skates if that helps at all. Regarding durability, based on what your profile states about you (advanced player, playing 2-5 times per week), I think you'll need a better skate. The One20 is an entry level skate that may not suit your skill level - a One60 model or higher might be worth a look. Looks like you're only an hour away from our Schaumburg store - they currently have both skates in stock if you can swing by.

You will want to refer to the sizing chart on the product page. As a rule of thumb the skate size should be a full size to a size and a half smaller than the US shoe size.
