Both the 11K and the Vapor APX skates are great choices for any level of player. The 11K skate has a felt-foam hybrid style tongue while the APX has the Form Fit 3 tongue which is made from a more dense material that is more durable. If you are looking for the skate with a stiffer tongue to protect against lace bite, the APX would be the way to go.

i would like to change from the epro holder to the tuuk light speed 2 holder and runner and would like to know what size to buy

Your Reebok E- Pro holder is currently a 287. If you are wanting to switch to a Tuuk LS II holder you will need to purchase a size 280 holder and steel.
