The size ranges for senior size Warrior goal pants are as follows.
SR sm- 30-32"
SR m- 32-34"
SR l- 34-36"
SR xl- 36-38"

Depending on your height, you could get a small or medium. I have found female goalies tend to have longer legs, so you may be better off with the medium.

Yes - the Swagger goal pants have tabs inside the pant legs which are used to attach knee/thigh guards.

The large sounds like it would fit the best, but we are currently out of stock on this pant. Warrior has also discontinued the Swagger goal pant.
