The LS2 is the standard holder and runner for the advanced level bauer skates.
The LS2 Power was a longer runner made for the clear holder that was discontinued due to questionable durability issues regarding the holder.
The LS2.1 Power runner is the same longer runner used in the LS2 Power, but is compatible with the LS2 holder.

The LS 2.1 are the Power runners. They are longer (contact with ice) even though the fit in the housing will remain the same. They increase stride time. That is the only difference.

LS 2 is slightly shorter than the LS 2.1 runners. Even though both model of runners can fit Vapor or Supreme skates, the LS 2 is what the original Vapor skates come with and LS 2.1 is what the Supremes come with.

The Lightspeed 2.1 runners have a slightly longer surface area which lengthes the contact time between the runner and the ice for a better more powerful stride.

the description reads "Engineered to fit seamlessly into the White TUUK Lightspeed 2 holder" will these also fit on the black lightspeeds? other than the color they are the same right?

Yes, the 2.1 steel will fit the Lightspeed 2 holders, regardless of the color. They are exactly the same. The color is just a customized dying process.

No, not without changing the light speed pro holders on the 3.0's. These runners will only work the the light speed 2 holders.
