Rookie question about girdles and core pads
Do you need to buy a shell to put over the girdle or core pads, or do you just wear them as is?

Most leagues would require to have some sort of cover over the girdle. In addition its probably better off to spend $20-$40 on a shell to protect the girdle from ripping and or breaking down quickly.

The Synergy Girdle offers great protection with light weight mobility and a Built in cup pocket. Unfortunately it does not have any sort of sock fasteners. You would most likely need a jock pant/short with sock fasteners or a garter belt.
