The last I saw, the S19 was a tapered blade and the TotalOne is set up for standard size senior blades so it's unlikely you could fit an s19 into a TotalOne shaft, maybe try the X60, Bauer's tapered shaft to fit the S19 blade.

The S19 will a standard hosel, so it should fit in the TotalOne.

I would say judging by your measurments a 77 flex would be a good start.
