In most situations, a senior blade will fit into an intermediate shaft. Sometimes it is difficult to fit a senior blade but junior blades are usually way to thin to fit inside an intermediate shaft.

I use a one 95 shaft and blade combo, and just got another one 95 shaft. I want to use the total one blade but I'm guessing its the same or lighter than the one 95 blade?

They are very similar in their weight. The One95 is slightly heavier by 3 grams at 150g. While the Total One is 147g. You most likely will not even notice the difference of 3 grams.

The Total One blade should have no problems fitting into the S19 shaft. Both have a standard taper.

The Total One blade has a standard hosel to it. Therefore, it would fit in the S17 shaft.

The 11K shaft is a tapered shaft. With this blade being a standard hosel blade, it would not fit. The Vapor blade would fit into an 11K.

Total One one-piece sticks are not designed to be a two-piece and it will not work. We have heard of this being attempted but we do not recommend it. The flex and kick point would drastically change and the stick would not be the same.
