How long do these mouth guards last?
I am a mouth guard chewer and i go through about three mouth guards per lacrosse season . I was just wondering if the custom fit ones were durable and how long they last .

Real tough to say how long they last. It differs person to person. The custom fit ones are designed to be extemely durable and stay comfortably in place. With the custom fit it may decrease the chewing, but then again habits are hard to break.
