i am putting these runners on my 09" 4k skates since i broke the current blade in them and the blades are not replacable...my current runner is 280mm for a size 9d if i order these runners they should fit my 09" 4k and if so what size blade do i need for this runner?

Whatever size holder that you need, you will also need that same size runner. The runners and holders will be the same size.

Would a Reebok Pro holder Fit

I have a CCH 1152 super tack size 8.5
The holder is 280. Would a reebok/CCH Pro holder fit this boot without drilling.

They would fit but you will have to drill a few holes. They would not match up perfectly.
