With composite sticks your flexes are pretty uniform across the board. A "light" flex would be somewhere around a 67. A "mid" flex would be around 77. A "regular" flex would be somewhere around and 87. A "stiff" flex would be around 95 to100 flex and then a "Pro" flex would be 102 to 110.
