I'm posting a review, and it will explain that I'm 6'7" and 240, and the XXL fits well. It is a touch short in the body (great in the sleeves), but hey, I'm tall :)
The jacket does have a "fitted" style to it, so don't expect it to be bulky or loose.

The KHL coats are not considered a fitted coat. If you like a little more room I would suggest xxl. This will ensure you get enough length in the sleeves as well as enough room to move in the upper torso area.
