Is there any size difference between (width thickness, etc) between senior and intermediate pads ,also is there any size difference between the Bauer rx 10 and rx8 gloves.

Yes - there is quite a difference between the two. The Intermediate pad is designed for kids aged 11-14 so the leg pad is more narrow (10" compared to a Sr. 11"), it weighs less (5lbs compared to a Sr. 5.57lbs) and it's an overall smaller pad. As an adult, are you considering the Intermediate due to size (32" pad)? My son is currently wearing 27+1 inch Jr leg pads and we are looking at getting the Bauer Rx8. Would he fit in an Int 28" ?
