The NME5 has one size, the NME7 has three sizes.
Personally the 5 fit perfect, and the 7 Fit 1 was a little snug. 7 fit 3 was a little big, they didn't have the Fit 2 in stock.
I wear a 7 3/8" hat.

Yes you can buy a Cateye cage to put on your Bauer NME 5 helmet.

The NME 5 only comes with the certified cage option. You would have to purchase a non-certified cat-eye cage separately if you want to put one on this mask.
