Yeah their pretty good for that
i go to 3 practices and a game a week and they are fine would still recommend bupgrading

The X 2.0 is designated more towards a novice player. Someone who would wear them a few times a week. I would say you may need to look at a 3.0 and higher if you play more often than that.

The Vapor X 2.0 is a combo holder. Therefore, they are one-piece and would have to be removed together.

You can bake any skates. However, Bauer recommends that you do not bake them.

The X 2.0 is not a heat moldable skate. It is not recommended that they be baked due to the foam padding not being able support the molding process.
