Skate sizes are recommended to be a full size to a size and a half smaller than the shoe size.

You are most likely a size 3.0 in skates. I would suggest trying on 3.0 or 2.5 just to see what one is more comfortable. The general rule is your skate size is 1-1.5 lower then american shoe size.
