You are most likely a size 3.0 in skates. I would suggest trying on 3.0 or 2.5 just to see what one is more comfortable. The general rule is your skate size is 1-1.5 lower then american shoe size.

The general rule is you are a size to a size an half down from your shoe size. So if you are in a 5 shoe you would most likely be looking at a 4 or 3.5 in skates.
