I had knocked on the toe and it felt like a regular ice/in line hockey toe, but with rubber like material cover on it, which makes it kind of smoother and softer feeling than the direct feeling of hard plastic on the skates.

The toe is the same construction as a hockey skate boot, very durable and hard, but not a steel toe.

With the Bari Rookie Boot the sizing is a half size larger than your US shoe size. If you wear a US 7 shoe you will need a size 7.5 Bari Boot.

Cannot really help with this question but I think that is only the color being the main difference.

People always think black is cool and black is bad, just like professionals, cool and bad. White is more like kids, starters. Just the way how majority people respond to color.

After all, it is just a snow boot. Just like the great boots from Timberland and Bass.

Both boots have the same features, laces, padding, insulation and sole. The only difference between the Rookie and Pro Stock Bari boots is the all black color in the Pro Stock.

No. No need.

I wear inline skate 9 or 9.5 EE, regular shoes 10 or 10.5. This Bari, I ordered 10.5 and it fits my feet right.

It is just a pair of regular shoes with hockey boot design.

You may need to order this boot from Bari web site as most sellers only get the basic model to sell.

Or maybe only the black one has that option.

If your feet is more flat shape than round of thick, I will say just get regular shoe size as you need to count the room for your socks.

I am a male and I have wide and thick feet. I ware 10 or 10.5 shoes depends on the manufacture, but on this Bari, I ordered 10.5 and it is kind of just fit me..... because the tongue and the body connection part is not able to be widely opened or stretched, making it is kind of hard to get in. I have to wear think socks.

After I get through that ring like part, this boot fits my feet just right~~~ like it!

You are prolly looking at a size 6.5 in these boots. A womens size 8 is equal to a 6 in men's shoe size. It is recommended that you bump up a half size for the right fit in these boots.

Bari recommends a half size above the standard men's size you wear. So if you are an 8 in men's then you would wear an 8.5 in Bari.
