The weight of the Sherwood T90 Grip Int. Stick is right at 517 grams. It is one of the lighter sticks, especially in the intermediate sizing, that Sherwood currently has to offer.

Intermediate is in the middle of Senior and Junior with respects to weight and height. Intermediate also has flex points that fall in the middle of junior and senior as well.
