These two shoulder pads are very similar in their design. The Franchise Shoulder pad is this years newest model from Warrior while the Projekt is last years. The Projekt has an anti-microbial liner while the franchise uses Silver Shield. Both are quality construction and either one would be a great choice for any level of play.
