If the pant has stripes the color option will show as Red/Black/White. If it is a solid color then it will list as Red.

Pants should be sized by waist. If you can get a pant in a Medium tall that would be ideal.

The difference will not be great but the length would be a problem if you are already in mediums. I would stay in the Medium pant.
