I prefer them sewn on. I had a set with laced on arms and they kept coming off.

The H Series chest protector is a Senior level chest protector, comparable to the Reebok 9K, the Bauer Elite, a Vaughn 9400, and Warrior Swagger. It is not built to be a Pro level chest protector.
