Junior vs Senior size - protection
My son is 5'4" and growing. Is there a difference in the padding from a junior large to a senior small on the Reebok 9k shoulder pads? It seems like the senior equipment tends top be a step up in this regard.

Yes the Senior is a step up. The Senior pad will have some thicker foams and inserts for added protection. Most people in a Senior pad are in contact hockey so the added protection is needed. The Senior pad will be a bit heavier because of the thickness too.
