Your best bet is to take the skates to pro shop that has a skate oven. If you don't have that option then you can do it at home yourself. Place one skate on a baking sheet in the oven at 165 degrees. Only keep the skate in the oven for 6-8 minutes max so it doesn't affect the integrity of the skate. Put the skate on and lace it up slowly to keep from damaging the eyelets. It's OK to stand up but refrain from walking around in the skate. Keep the skate on for 15 minutes, remove it, lace it back up and tie it. Repeat this step with the other skate.

Yes different brands of holders will work on a Graf skate. Sometimes, depending on the brand, a few new rivet holes may have to be drilled but it will not affect the integrity of the skate.
