Having tried on both, The Z Shock19 is a much narrower fit on the head. The RBK 11k is a much wider fit.. E.g. I have a fairly large head and the RBK is comfortable while the Z Shock squeezes. You should try the helmet on before buying.

The Easton Z shock and the Reebok 11k are both great helmets. Both are extremely light and durable with superior protection. Both of the helmets are certified for all levels of play. It just comes down to a personal preference of what model may fit the player better.

The EPP foams used in this helmet as with many top-tier helmets cushion the head before impact into the harder more dense foam. By utilizing these layers the head is protected against impact more efficiently.

Real tough call on these 2 as both are the featured helmets in their respected brands. They each have the best material, technology wise, in the game. The RBK is a little lighter, but the Re-akt has been developed as the best helmet to prevent concusions.
