You can either (a) rig a garter belt to attach to the clips on top of the knee guards, or (b) run a long skate lace through the "D" clip up through the inside of your pants, and tie the laces off to the buttons that are used to hold the suspender tabs in place. I use the skate lace method and they work great - my knee pads don't slip anymore.

Question
When you buy from this site, does it come in a pair.
I am asking because I noticed other knee protectors say they come in pairs. So I am hesitant.

No - these are not lace-in knee/thigh guards though they will fit well underneath your pants.

The 'Pro' knee guards are wider and don't work well with pads that have small knee cradles (Like Vaughn for example). The Premier 2 knee guards also come with a garter belt that keeps the knee guards from slipping down your leg. The 'Pro' knee guards are more protective than the Premier 2, but also more bulk.
