They are a compression shirt, so they are meant to fit tight. It is returnable so long as it has no been used.

This shirt provides added protection in the neck/clavicle area, and it is worn underneath your chest & arm protector. Many wear this shirt as their "base layer" (against their skin). Some wear it in place of a separate neck guard, and some wear it in addition to the neck guard - that's all personal preference.
