Both clavicle and neck protection on this unit are pretty good. The neck sits taller than most other neck/clavicle protectors out there so protection there is among the best.

What is the difference in terms of sizing between the Junior and Senior versions of this?

We do have a size chart for this. The Junior size neck collar is for a neck of 10-14 inches. The Senior neck collar is for a neck of 12 to 17 inches.
