There is a noticeable difference between the 7360 and the 7600 throat shields. If you're wearing a Junior on Intermediate mask, then the 7360 will fit. If you're in a Senior mask, you'll need the 7600.

Yes - both the 7360 and the 7600 lexan throat protectors come with nylon laces used to attach the shield to the mask or helmet.
