The Labeda Cross Abec 9 bearings will work for any standard wheel. They will not work for mini hub wheels.

The best way without buying a specific tool would be to use a pin or needle to remove it. Their will be a small space around the rim of the bearing shield where you can insert the pin and pry out the shield.

These are the standard 608 sized bearings that fits all wheel sets that are not 688 micro bearing sized. It is characterized by an 8mm inner diameter (the bore of the ball bearings), a 22mm outer diameter, and a width of 7mm.
