How do we know what size to order when there is no size chart ?

The sizing is your thigh circumference, which would be nine inches above your patella (knee cap). Using the chart on ShockDoctor.com, here are the measurements:
Small.........17.75"-19"
Medium.....18.75"-20.25"
Large........20.0"-21.25"
XL.............21.0"-22.5"
XXL...........22.25"-23.5"
