how is the tailbone padding in these
Looking at pants for next season. wondering if these have a big or small tailbone pad. Is it segmented?

Also do these have more of a narrow waist that flares out or more of a straight cut?

The tail bone pad is not as bulky and hard as other brands. So if you want a monster tailbone pad these are not for you. The waist appears to be a narrow fit.

My daughter is 4'7 but only 62 lbs. Would a size 120 work for her? I am afraid the next size up would not stay up, but 120 may be too short.

I agree that the 120's will be too short for your daughter's 4'7 frame. So tough to make the call when you are in between sizes when it comes to pants. We do have a pant, made by Easton, that is offered in a small tall that may work. It is item # 8116-21.
