Judging by your height and weight I would suggest the senior version of this stick ( item #7436-41 ).
A 85 flex would most likely be your best fit.

Real tough as none of the Sherwood blade patterns match up with your specifics. I would take a look at Bauer's P14 or CCM's Hossa patterns. They match up well with your requirements.
