But on Amazon the size says "medium". I need 12" Fox gloves. How do I get that message to you when I order through them?

The 12" glove is a medium. So when the order is placed it will get to us a 12" fox glove in the color of your choice. I will remind you it is a close out glove and once they are sold we will not be re-stocking.
