The Cobra is a great head for faceoffs. The throat is stiff and reinforced while midway through the head it softens to allow for control during the clamp. If you are deciding between a Cobra and a Super Power, I would defiantly suggest the Cobra. The Super Power is one of the best selling heads for the past two years but is specifically designed for shooting and carrying the ball; it will become too soft with faceoff play.

This particular Cobra is the regualr one. This one meets High School specifications only. We aslo carry the Cobra X ( http://lacrosse.totalhockey.com/product/Cobra_X_Unstrung_Head/itm/7769-2/?cdt=634776784716290129&mtx_id=0 ). The X is a universal head, good for all levels of play. Price matching is something that should be emailed or called in (866.929.6699) to a customer service representative.
