Drawing on the innovations and expertise of the Easton-Bell Sports Helmet Technology Center, the E700 Helmet is specifically engineered with protection and fit systems to give players the assurance and protection they'll need to challenge anyone on the ice. The E700 is designed to be super lightweight while remaining highly protective. To that end, Easton spent countless hours designing and testing the new E700. The result is a sleek, lightweight helmet that doesn't compromise protection.An all new one-piece EPP foam liner and PC shell form the core protection innovations. EPP foam is unique in that it is ultra-light, yet durable and resilient to absorbing energy over and over again without breaking. The Poly-Carbonate shell was engineered to fit as close to the EPP foam as possible for a low-profile stealth look. Drawing on the vast expertise of Easton-Bell Sports, the E700 features a Giro inspired fit system; a similar fitting system to those found in high performance Biking and Skiing Helmets. The Giro system allows for improved protection and stability internally by properly cradling the head in relation to the helmet. This system also allows for on-the-fly tool-less adjustments.Removable comfort foam pads round out the interals and allow for a fresh clean feel game after game.
