Yes. Palm position on all Ritual Blockers (except the Custom SE) is 1" above center.

Yes, the SR will be a larger blocker board. I don't know exact dimensions but the Ritual INT blocker is rather small for an intermedite, I would say you loose atleast an inch or two of board.
