Does this blade last as long as the Christian ABS 220? The Easton ABS I bought last year delaminated quickly.

I broke two of these blades in less than a month, so I would say no, they don't last long. Spend more $$ on a quality blade.

The longevity of a blade will always depend on the amount of use as well as the surface the blade is used on most frequently. ABS fiber material is specifically designed for harder concrete-like surfaces. Easton's ABS blade is by far one of the best ABS blades on the market today.

What's new in the 2012 version?
What is new in the 2012 version of the blade? A thicker layer of fiber. Less weight because of less ABS? Just the colors?

There is virtually no difference. Just the design an logos printed on the blade. the 2012 has 2 blade options, Cammalleri and Hall where the 2011 model only offers the Zetterberg, (Old Cammalleri pattern).

Unfortunately the ABS blade will not fit a tapered shaft. It has a standard hosel as opposed to a tapered, so its slight too wide. We don't carry any tapered ABS blades unfortunately. You may want to look on our site and search specifically for tapered blades. We carry Bauer, Easton, Reebok and Warrior blades.
