Yes it is adjustable. On the side of the helmet there are flaps that you adjust for the most comfortable feel.

Yes, the Bauer 5100 white facemask will fit. Ideally, you would want to match the size of the facemask with the size of the helmet. You can move up one size (med helmet will work with a Lg cage)

Is this helment safe for highschool hockey
I'm going to be a sophomore and I think I'm going to make varsity and or JV and I'm wondering if this helment is safe for those kind of speeds and if it is able to take big hits along the boards and I love blocking shots so would the cage be safe for that

This helmet is a mid level helmet in the Easton Line. I would say it would be okay for JV competition but if you move up you may want a higher level helmet (E600) that offers better protection.
