CS = Crazy Strong and CL = Crazy Light. The CL pad uses some lighter weight materials to provide a more comfortable feet and reduces overall weight by about 25%

sternum plate

Is the sternum plate in the crazy strong the same as in the crazy lite ? I had broken sternum 2 yrs ago and am back playing but need max protection...which one do I need ?
